Pricing Structure

At Warehouse Tool Sale, we’re all about bringing you top-brand tools at incredible value. Our products are grouped into different categories, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Here’s a quick guide:

  • New (A1) 

    Top-quality branded products at unbeatable prices. These are brand-new items on limited-time deals with limited stock - once they’re gone, they’re gone!

    Clearance products may be reduced because: 

    • The manufacturer has discontinued the model 

    • Packaging has been updated or changed 

    • We need to make room for new arrivals in our warehouse 

  • Damaged Packaging (DP) 

    These items are brand new but may not come in their original packaging. Products will always be supplied in appropriate protective packaging or wrapping when delivered to you.

    Out of Packaging could mean: 

    • Packaging is missing, marked, or slightly damaged 

    • The product may have been unboxed for photography or quality checks 

    • The product itself may have a minor cosmetic mark that that doesn’t affect performance or reliability 

  • Ex-Display (XD) 

    These items may have been used for showroom display or demonstrations but remain in excellent condition with some minor signs of handling. Because of this, they’re offered at an extra-special price.

    • All electrical items are fully tested and inspected by our technicians before being made available 

    • Instructions manuals are included wherever possible 

    • Packaging may be missing or replaced with protective wrapping

Orders

How can I track my order?  

You will be sent an email when you order has been despatched, and depending on the carrier this may include a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account and click on the order to see a status update.

Who will deliver my order? 

We use FedEx or Royal Mail for most our shipments – however, if your order requires to be sent on a pallet, it will be delivered by Palletforce.

Something’s missing from my order - what do I do? 

Contact support@warehousetoolsale.com and we’ll help resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Do the prices shown include VAT? 

Yes, all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery  

Where do you deliver to? 

We offer delivery to the United Kingdom. Please note: we currently do not offer delivery to the Channel Islands, PO Box or BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland.

How long will delivery take? 

We aim to deliver your order within 2–3 working days.

How much is delivery? 

Delivery is FREE for most orders. For products that require a pallet there is a £35 delivery charge. This charge will be added at the checkout.

Returns 

Can I change my mind? 

Yes, providing the items are as received and unused by you within 30 days of purchase. You need to return the item to us for a refund, ensuring that your details are included.

What shall I do if I have purchased a wrong item? 

If the item is as received and unused by you within 30 days of purchase, then you need to return the item to us for a refund, ensuring that your details are included. If a different item is required, then place a new order for the correct item on our website.

How long will my refund take? 

Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.

Do I have to pay to return an item? 

Yes, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, we’ll arrange collection at our expense.

How do I return an item purchased from Warehouse Tool Sale on eBay? 

Go to your purchase history in eBay and follow the instructions to return the item.

The level of guarantee will differ depending on the type of product purchased. You’ll find the full details on the product page, so there are no surprises.

Each brand comes with a manufacturer’s guarantee.
